What does happen when you order?

If you have ordered online at our on line store, we will confirm by email the time of shipment of your
order.
If you have mail ordered, fax ordered or phone ordered we will send you the goods to the address
provided by you at the time of order.
Usually our turn around time is 1 to 4 days despatch before delivery.

Payment Methods

Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard (Australia) are accepted. Credit cards are charged at the time of
shipment. We accept money order in Australian Dollars only. We do not accept money order in any
other currency.
We do not ship COD.

If you prefer to place your order via telephone, please call us between the hours of 10am - 5pm
Sydney time, Monday to Friday at +61 2 9810 8868. Please have your credit card information ready.

Facsimile Orders

Orders may be sent via fax to +61 2 9810 2826. The fax line is available 24hours a day. Please state
in your order the quantity, style, colour and size making sure to include your payment details along
with a contact phone or fax number just in case we need to contact you to confirm some details.
Freight charges will apply as detailed in our Shipping Info page.

Your order will describe quantity, size, style, colour along with your address and telephone number. If
you want us to ship the goods to another address please let us know in your order. Don't forget to
include your payment or payment details in your order. Freight charges will apply as detailed in our
Shipping Info page.

Custom Orders
You may decide to order a custom made item from us where the arrangement of designs, size or colour
differ from our normal range on offer. This is considered a "custom order". Please carefully as custom
orders are not refundable.

Returns, Exchange and Repairs

Hugo Designer Dogwear accepts returns/exchanges provided that the goods are in their original
condition and have been purchased from us directly. Customised designs are not accepted for return
or exchange.

AUSTRALIA with copy of proof of purchase.

Refunds: If the original purchase was made through us directly, your credit card details will be
required for the refund to be placed.

Exchanges: Send the item(s) to Hugo Designer Dogwear, 17 Napoleon Street ROZELLE NSW 2039
AUSTRALIA with original proof of purchase. Include in your parcel a self-addressed fully stamped or
prepaid satchel/bag for us to send you the exchanged item(s). Tell us what you would like to exchange
the items for by specifying the required size, colour and design.

Faulty Products: We will replace, repair or refund any faulty product. If an item you have pruchased
has been damaged by accident or just got worn out, we will be happy to repair it for you.
